Here the planners wanted to see the exact impact A proposed
sports pavilion would have on the playing field. Picture 1 is
a photo of the playing field. Picture 2 shows an artist’s
impression dropped in, to the right scale and perspective showing
the full impact. |

The issues here were to blend the building with period character
to the rest of the high street. Picture 1 shows how I have initially
coloured the Architect’s line drawing. Picture 2 shows
adjusted colours to spec, scaled and dropped into situ in a

This project in Wells Somerset was to resolve planning issues
with regards to visibility from the road and surrounding area.
Picture 1 is a before shot with the eave height shown on a post
held up in situ. Picture 2 shows an architect’s line drawing
Enabling exact scale. Picture 3 is an Artist’s impression/perspective
drawing that I used as the basis for the drop-in. Picture 4
shows how I overlaid to get exact scale. Picture 5 shows the
final result with the building nestled within the existing trees.
